Billing, Cancellation, Refund, Return, Replacement & Shipping Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Purpose
This Policy explains billing, recurring programs, cancellation, refunds, prescription-product returns, replacement shipments, and shipping responsibilities for Magnum Health programs. Program-specific checkout disclosures control if they are more specific and lawful.
2. Prices and Included Services
Current prices and included services are disclosed before purchase. Prices may vary by treatment, dose, pharmacy, state, laboratory requirements, shipping method, and plan duration. Unless expressly stated, charges may include administrative support, clinician evaluation, follow-up access, and medication fulfillment. Laboratory testing, supplies, expedited shipping, or other services may be separate.
3. Payment Does Not Guarantee Treatment
Payment or enrollment does not guarantee that a clinician will prescribe medication or approve a requested treatment. If a clinician determines before issuing a prescription that you are not clinically eligible, we will apply the refund or credit terms disclosed at enrollment and required by law.
4. Consultation or Clinical Review Fee
Any separately stated consultation or clinical review fee will be disclosed before payment. Once a licensed clinician has completed the consultation or clinical review, that disclosed fee is earned and generally nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Recurring Billing
If you enroll in a recurring program, you authorize charges at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. Before enrollment, we will disclose the recurring amount or how it is calculated, billing frequency, minimum commitment if any, renewal date, and cancellation method.
Prices may change with advance notice as required by law. A dose change, pharmacy change, add-on service, laboratory requirement, or shipping upgrade may change the amount only after appropriate disclosure and authorization.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a month-to-month program before the next renewal is processed by using the patient portal cancellation function, if available, or by contacting help@magnumtelehealth.com or (713) 338-9386.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period unless the program disclosure states otherwise.
To avoid the next recurring charge, submit cancellation before the renewal is processed. We will provide confirmation. Cancellation does not reverse charges for services already rendered, clinician work already completed, prescriptions already transmitted, or medication already dispensed or shipped.
If a plan has a prepaid or minimum commitment, that commitment must be clearly disclosed before purchase. Medical discontinuation and other exceptions are described below.
7. General Refund Rule
Fees for completed services and prescription products already dispensed or shipped are generally nonrefundable. No prorated refund is provided for a partially used monthly period unless required by law or approved in our discretion. We will correct duplicate charges, calculation errors, or other verified billing mistakes.
8. Clinical Ineligibility Before Prescription
If the treating clinician determines that no offered treatment is appropriate before a prescription is issued and no other program service has been provided, Magnum Health may refund the program payment, less any separately disclosed and earned evaluation fee, processing cost permitted by law, or laboratory service already performed.
9. Medical Discontinuation of a Prepaid Plan
If a clinician determines that continuation is medically contraindicated, Magnum Health may provide a prorated refund or account credit for the unused portion of a prepaid administrative program. Medication already dispensed, laboratory services already completed, shipping already incurred, and earned clinical fees remain nonrefundable unless law requires otherwise.
We may request documentation and may have the treating clinical team review the request.
10. Prescription Products Are Final Sale
For patient safety and legal reasons, prescription medications generally cannot be returned, restocked, reused, or resold after dispensing or shipment. Do not mail medication back unless a pharmacy or authorized representative gives specific instructions. Ask a pharmacist about safe disposal of unused medication.
11. Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Temperature-Exposed Shipments
Contact us promptly—preferably within 48 hours of delivery—if a shipment is damaged, incorrect, missing items, appears tampered with, or may have experienced improper temperature exposure. Include photographs of the package, label, contents, and damage when possible.
We will coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy and carrier. Depending on the investigation, the remedy may be replacement, reshipment, account credit, or refund. Do not use medication that appears damaged, contaminated, mislabeled, or compromised until a pharmacist or clinician advises you.
12. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and promptly updating changes before the pharmacy processes the order. Carrier delays and weather events may occur. If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier and Magnum Health promptly.
Replacement of a package marked delivered is not guaranteed and may require a carrier investigation, police report, signature confirmation, or additional payment, subject to law and pharmacy policy.
13. Address Changes and Intercept Requests
Address changes are not guaranteed after a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy or a shipping label has been created. You may be responsible for reshipment costs caused by an incorrect or outdated address.
14. Pharmacy and Product Availability
A pharmacy may be unable to fill a prescription because of supply, licensing, weather, shipping, regulatory, or clinical issues. We may coordinate a lawful alternative pharmacy, formulation, or refund for an undelivered product, but we do not guarantee continuous availability of any medication.
15. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
Contact us first so we can investigate billing concerns. Filing a chargeback for a valid charge may delay services or result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. Nothing in this section limits rights under applicable payment-card or consumer law.
16. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when feasible. Posting time depends on the payment processor and financial institution. We will provide confirmation after processing.
17. Discretionary Remedies
Magnum Health may provide a discretionary credit, refund, or replacement in exceptional circumstances. A discretionary remedy does not create a continuing obligation or change this Policy.
