Study 1 followed 2,539 adults with obesity or overweight and at least one weight-related condition who did not have type 2 diabetes. Participants received FDA-approved Zepbound® 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, or placebo alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.

What is tirzepatide?
Tirzepatide activates GIP and GLP-1 receptors and may help regulate appetite and fullness. Semaglutide primarily activates GLP-1 receptors. Your provider determines which approach is appropriate for you.
Compounded tirzepatide is a patient-specific medication that may be prescribed following an individualized evaluation. When prescribed, it is prepared by a 503(A) Compounding Pharmacy or 503(B) Outsourcing Facility. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness or quality. They may differ from FDA-approved products, and clinical-trial results should not be assumed to apply to compounded preparations.
What does the program cost?
Monthly program pricing depends on your prescribed weekly dose: 2.5 mg is $299.99; 5 mg is $324.99; 7.5 mg is $349.99; 10 mg is $374.99; 12.5 mg is $399.99; and 15 mg is $424.99. Magnum is self-pay and does not bill insurance for tirzepatide treatment. Before starting, confirm your dose, formulation, medication, supplies, delivery charges and other plan costs with the care team. Required labs may be billed separately. Your provider determines your dose; the pricing slider is not dosing advice.
Are labs required?
Your provider reviews the laboratory information needed before treatment decisions. The care team confirms required testing, collection arrangements, costs and whether outside results can be reviewed. Virtual appointments do not mean all lab collection happens at home.
When can I start?
Treatment begins after the necessary evaluation and lab review, and only if prescribed. Appointment and delivery timing depend on your circumstances and current availability. If you already use a GLP-1 medicine, your provider must review your dose, tolerance and switching timing. An evaluation does not guarantee a prescription.
What should I know about safety?
Common side effects can include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal discomfort, indigestion and reduced appetite. Tirzepatide is not appropriate for everyone. Your provider reviews your health history, medications, contraindications and treatment risks before prescribing. Do not change doses without guidance. Read the full safety information.
Can I cancel?
Magnum’s policy allows cancellation of month-to-month care before renewal; program-specific minimum or prepaid commitments may apply. Review your agreement and the billing and cancellation policy. Contact the care team to confirm your renewal date and terms before making changes.
