SMS & Text Messaging Terms
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Program Description
By providing a mobile number and opting in where required, you may receive text messages from Magnum Health concerning intake, scheduling, appointment reminders, account activity, billing, shipping, medication or laboratory coordination, customer support, educational information, and marketing offers consistent with your consent.
2. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or receiving medical services. Transactional or care-related messages may be necessary to administer a service you request, subject to your communication preferences and applicable law.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opting Out
Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out of marketing messages from that number. We may send one confirmation message. Other reasonable revocation methods will be honored as required by law. To restart messages, follow the instructions provided or submit a new consent.
Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop essential appointment, account, safety, or care communications. Contact us if you need to change the channel used for essential messages.
5. Help
Reply HELP or contact help@magnumtelehealth.com or (713) 338-9386.
6. Privacy and Security
Text messaging is not fully secure. Avoid sending detailed medical information by ordinary SMS. Use the secure patient portal for sensitive clinical communications. Our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices describe how information is handled.
7. Eligibility and Number Changes
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to consent. Notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.
8. No Emergency Use
Do not use text messages for emergencies or urgent medical needs. Call 911 or seek immediate care.
9. Changes
We may change or discontinue a text program. Updated terms will be posted or communicated as required by law. Questions may be sent to help@magnumtelehealth.com or (713) 338-9386.
