The ongoing TRT program is $180 per month when treatment is prescribed. That price covers the medication, shipping, treatment supplies, provider follow-ups, and follow-up laboratory testing.
No. The required initial TRT laboratory panel is a separate, one-time cost of $200. It is paid separately from the $180 monthly program and provides baseline information your provider needs before making a treatment decision.
Yes. Baseline laboratory testing is required. Testosterone deficiency cannot be diagnosed from symptoms alone. Your provider reviews the appropriate laboratory results together with your symptoms, medical history, medications, risks, and goals, and may request repeat or additional testing.
No. Treatment is never automatic or guaranteed. A provider must consider symptoms, repeat or supporting laboratory findings when appropriate, medical history, possible reversible causes, contraindications, risks, and your goals before determining whether TRT is clinically appropriate.
Response varies by the symptom being treated, the individual, the treatment plan, and whether another condition is contributing to the symptoms. Some changes may be noticed earlier than others. Follow-up visits and laboratory testing help your provider evaluate your response rather than relying on a fixed timeline.
Yes. External testosterone can suppress sperm production and may affect fertility. Tell your provider before treatment if you are trying to conceive now or may want children in the future. Your goals should be discussed before a treatment decision is made.

compounded testosterone cypionate is a patient-specific medication that may be prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider following an individualized medical evaluation. When prescribed, it is prepared and compounded by a 503(A) Compounding Pharmacy or 503(B) Outsourcing Facility.
